Our property management team is highly trained to take care of all the responsibilities and tasks related to the management of your properties. From the search and selection of reliable tenants to the supervision of maintenance and repairs, we handle every aspect to ensure that your properties are well-maintained and generate consistent returns.
We offer comprehensive rental management services. We are involved in all stages of the leasing process: prior to contracting (handling all procedures to select the best tenant and guarantor), during the term of the lease agreement, and all the necessary steps at the expiration or termination of the contract. As the property owner, you are relieved of any claims and procedures related to rent payment and related services, as they are guaranteed by our management.
We act as the liaison between you and your tenant. We handle rent collection, schedule and monitor the payment of utilities (electricity, water, and gas), taxes, and, in the case of a condominium, we ensure that the condominium fees are up to date.
Additionally, if you are a non-resident in Argentina and want to rent out your property, we take care of the comprehensive administration, whether the property is occupied or unoccupied. We ensure the payment of services and taxes, and represent the owner in case there are negotiation needs for works or improvements on the property.
